By using GoodPickr ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. GoodPickr is operated by Golden Consulting Partners LLC.

Use at your own risk: GoodPickr provides AI-generated product comparisons for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this site.
AI-generated content: All product comparisons, scores, verdicts, and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not human-written reviews or hands-on testing. AI can make mistakes.
No warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use GoodPickr.
Acceptable use: You agree not to scrape, crawl at excessive rates, or otherwise abuse the Service. Automated access must respect our robots.txt and rate limits.
Limitation of liability: Golden Consulting Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

GoodPickr is designed with minimal data collection in mind.

No account required: You can use GoodPickr without creating an account or providing any personal information.
localStorage: Saved comparisons are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Emails are sent via Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time.
No data selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.
Minimal analytics: We use minimal analytics to understand how the site is used (page views, popular comparisons). We do not track individual users across the web.
Cookies: GoodPickr does not use tracking cookies. Affiliate links may set cookies on retailer sites (Amazon, eBay) per their own privacy policies.
Comparison caching: Product comparisons are cached on our servers to improve performance. Cached comparisons are not associated with individual users.

GoodPickr earns revenue through affiliate commissions. Full transparency:

Amazon Associates: GoodPickr is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
eBay Partner Network: GoodPickr participates in the eBay Partner Network and earns commissions on qualifying purchases made through our eBay links.
Commissions never affect scores: Our AI-generated scores, verdicts, and recommendations are produced independently of affiliate relationships. A product without an affiliate program receives the same fair evaluation as one with a program.
Price accuracy: Prices shown are approximate and may change. Always verify the current price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

GoodPickr respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please contact us.
