Terms of Service

By using GoodPickr ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. GoodPickr is operated by Golden Consulting Partners LLC ("we", "us").

Use at your own risk: GoodPickr provides AI-generated product comparisons for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this site.
Not professional advice: GoodPickr comparisons are not professional, technical, medical, financial, or safety advice. Always verify critical specifications with the manufacturer and consult qualified professionals before making purchasing decisions where safety, health, or significant financial risk is involved.
AI-generated content: All product comparisons, scores, verdicts, "WHY", "WATCH OUT", and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence aggregating publicly available reviews, retailer ratings, and product descriptions. They are not human-written reviews, not hands-on testing, and not laboratory results. AI can and does make mistakes — always verify specs and pricing directly with retailers before purchasing.
Editorial opinion, not statements of fact: GoodPickr verdicts and recommendations are clearly-labeled editorial opinion. Numeric scores, "buy/wait/skip" calls, and pro/con lists reflect our AI's interpretation of aggregated public information at a specific point in time. They are not statements of objective fact about a product's quality, safety, or reliability and are not intended to disparage any product or brand.
No warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim ALL warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use GoodPickr.
Acceptable use: You agree not to scrape, crawl at excessive rates, or otherwise abuse the Service. Automated access must respect our robots.txt and rate limits.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Consulting Partners LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Consulting Partners LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Limitation period: Any claim arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.
Governing law & venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Dispute resolution & arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware or by video conference at the arbitrator's discretion.
Class-action waiver: YOU AND GOODPICKR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis.
Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Changes to terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use

Product names, brand names, model numbers, and logos referenced on GoodPickr are the property of their respective owners. We use these marks under the doctrine of nominative fair use solely for the purpose of identifying products being compared and reviewed. No sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with any brand is implied unless explicitly stated. If you believe we are using your trademark in a way that goes beyond nominative fair use, contact legal@goodpickr.com.

Brand Corrections & Right to Respond

Brands and publications cited on GoodPickr have a right to flag content they believe is inaccurate. We commit to:

Review every correction request within 14 business days of receipt at corrections@goodpickr.com.
Update or remove inaccurate factual claims upon verification — including incorrect specs, prices, ratings, review counts, or publication attributions.
Preserve editorial opinion — corrections do not require us to change our AI-generated opinion-based scores, verdicts, or recommendations, which are protected editorial commentary.
Provide attribution upon request when a brand or publication wants its accurate position represented alongside our verdict.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 2026. GoodPickr is designed with minimal data collection in mind.

No account required: You can use GoodPickr without creating an account or providing any personal information.
localStorage: Saved comparisons are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Emails are sent via Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Search queries: We log search queries to display trending comparisons and improve recommendations. Search query data is retained for 90 days and is not associated with individual users.
No data selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.
Minimal analytics: We use minimal analytics to understand how the site is used (page views, popular comparisons). We do not track individual users across the web.
Cookies: GoodPickr does not use tracking cookies. Affiliate links may set cookies on retailer sites (Amazon, eBay) per their own privacy policies.
Comparison caching: Product comparisons are cached on our servers to improve performance. Cached comparisons are not associated with individual users.
Data retention: Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You may request deletion of any personal data at any time by contacting hello@goodpickr.com.
California residents (CCPA): California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at hello@goodpickr.com to exercise your rights.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Affiliate Disclosure

GoodPickr earns revenue through affiliate commissions. Full transparency:

Amazon Associates: GoodPickr is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
eBay Partner Network: GoodPickr participates in the eBay Partner Network and earns commissions on qualifying purchases made through our eBay links.
Commissions never affect scores: Our AI-generated scores, verdicts, and recommendations are produced independently of affiliate relationships. A product without an affiliate program receives the same fair evaluation as one with a program.
Price accuracy: Prices shown are approximate and may change. Always verify the current price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

DMCA / Copyright

GoodPickr respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please contact us.

Contact: Send DMCA takedown notices to hello@goodpickr.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".
Required information: Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on our site, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Process: Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the content provider if applicable.
Counter-notice: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the required information under the DMCA.
