The TCL 55" 6-Series R655 QLED 4K Smart TV. And the Samsung QN90B 55" Neo QLED 4K Smart TV both deliver 4K resolution with quantum-dot technology yet follow noticeably different design paths. And Google TV platform that keeps navigation straightforward, while the Samsung earns praise for its Mini-LED backlight that produces higher peak brightness. And more precise light control, paired with the Tizen interface and extensive gaming features. Motion handling and input lag also favor the Samsung in most side-by-side reports. The short version: reviewers generally see the Samsung QN90B as the sharper performer for bright rooms and console gaming. But the TCL 6-Series R655 remains a compelling lower-cost alternative when value ranks higher than outright brightness.

Verdict: The TCL R655 offers a solid 4K experience at a lower price, suitable for budget‑conscious buyers who don’t need top‑tier brightness. Choose QN90B if you prioritize performance; choose R655 if price is the primary driver.
