vs
LG OLED C5 55
The LG G3 55" OLED and the LG OLED C5 55" both deliver the self-emissive pixel performance typical of recent LG OLED panels, with each supporting 4K resolution at 120 Hz, Dolby Vision, and variable refresh rates for gaming. Public reviews and specification sheets show the LG G3 55" OLED using its brighter MLA panel and Alpha 9 Gen 6 processor to reach higher peak luminance. And more refined upscaling, while the LG OLED C5 55" relies on a standard WOLED layer. And Alpha 8 Gen 1 processor that still produces accurate colors and deep blacks but falls short of the G3 in sustained brightness and motion detail. The G3 also carries a heavier, more solid stand. And a higher price point of roughly $1,900, whereas the C5 trims weight and cost without sacrificing core OLED contrast. The short version: choose the LG G3 55" OLED for superior brightness. And processing if budget allows, or the LG OLED C5 55" when value and lighter installation matter more.
