The iPad Mini 7th Generation wins due to its A17 Pro chip and 128GB base storage versus the discontinued Mini 6's A15 Bionic and 4GB RAM. Both share the 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display and $499 MSRP. The Mini 7 also supports Apple Pencil Pro while the Mini 6 is limited to the 2nd-generation Pencil.
